Question 1

How do zero-login review links work? Do brand clients need to sign up?

Accepted Answer

Zero client sign-ups are required. When you export a 9:16 vertical cut from Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut, Diozex generates a secure magic link. When your client taps it on WhatsApp, Slack, or Email, the video opens instantly in their mobile browser with frame-accurate timestamp feedback and 1-click approvals.

Question 2

How do video editors export client feedback into Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve?

Accepted Answer

In your agency dashboard, every revision comes with a 1-click "Copy All Notes" tool. Editors get cleanly formatted timestamp checklists with exact timecodes (e.g. 00:04.12) and author notes to paste directly alongside their timeline in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Question 3

Can we batch upload 20-30 TikTok and Reels cuts for monthly retainer clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Batch Upload pipeline lets video agencies upload entire monthly retainer batches in a single drag-and-drop. Diozex automatically organizes version histories and generates individual review tokens for each clip.

Question 4

Can I use my own custom agency domain (e.g. review.myagency.com)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Scale Agency Pro plan ($79/mo), you can connect any custom subdomain via a simple CNAME DNS record. Clients will only see your agency’s URL, custom logo, and brand accent colors with zero Diozex branding.

Question 5

Why is Diozex flat-rate instead of charging per-seat like Frame.io or Vimeo?

Accepted Answer

Per-seat pricing penalizes video agencies for scaling. If you have 5 editors and 15 brand clients, per-seat platforms charge over $300/mo ($3,600/yr). Diozex provides flat-rate pricing ($39 or $79/mo) with unlimited reviewers, unlimited editors, and zero per-seat fees.

Question 6

How does the Auto-Nudge WhatsApp Reminder Engine work?

Accepted Answer

Diozex monitors all client drafts. If a client has not reviewed or approved a cut after 24-48 hours, it highlights the draft as overdue and gives you 1-click WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email follow-up templates (Gentle Bump, Deadline Rush, Final Sign-Off).
